The build, step by step
Step 1 of 5
Weeks 1 to 4. Site prep and foundations.
- A full soil study before we break ground.
- Ready-mix concrete, checked by an independent inspector.

Week 2, the footings are poured. Step 2 of 5
Weeks 5 to 10. Walls and insulation.
- Insulated clay block or concrete block, your choice.
- Exterior insulation, built to the latest energy code.

Week 7, the walls go up course by course. Step 3 of 5
Weeks 11 to 14. Roof framing, roofing and gutters.
- Roof tiles with a 30-year warranty.
- Zinc gutters and downspouts.

Week 12, the roof frame goes up in two days. Step 4 of 5
Weeks 15 to 26. Windows, drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint.
- You pick every finish in our showroom, before work starts.
- We sign off on each trade’s work together.

Week 16, windows and shutters are in. Step 5 of 5
Week 27. Keys in hand.
- A final walkthrough two weeks before.

For ten years, your home’s structure and weather-tightness are covered.
Repairs paid first
If something goes wrong, the insurer pays for repairs first and settles who is at fault later.

The price and the move-in date are written into the contract. Every day of delay is compensated.
1-year workmanship warranty
For a year after move-in, every defect you report gets fixed.
